How remembrance makes me a better person?

Did you ever thought about why Baba says Remember Remember Remember ...
This is some thing to think about ...

How is remembrance makes me a better person ?
Here are some thought .. Feel free to comment and add your churning ....
We remember what is in our memory. Memories are connected to people, objects, places involved. All these things in turn are linked to what we have experience in that moment. By remembering our memories we trigger our Emotions and feelings we have experienced at that moment. Whatever emotion we are experiencing we respond to the situation accordingly. In other words there is a great impact of our emotions and feelings on our actions. For example if we are happy and content, we feel secure. Our attitude we'll be more accommodating, tolerant and loving.
If we keep remembering our bad moments and failures we end up feels discontent, dissatisfied, inadequate and insecure. Our behavior will be more pessimistic/ paranoid/ irrational. So will be our actions. As our actions, so are our Sanskars. If we remember those events/beings/things which make us feel secure

Here is one more way of looking at remembrance:

Once my buddy (you know who I mean) said this...
Smruthi se Samarthi ().
Smruthi -> vrurthi -> drishti -> kriti
Remembrance (awareness) -> attitude -> Vision -> actions

This is some formula aye...

Here is one more cool thing Science got to say "SEE IS DOING" :o) ...

What we see with these eyes has a big impact on what you end up feeling.
"Feeling is Being" 0:)

Scientist call this mirror neurons. This is the very basis of humans that supports this philosophy.

Check out this funny interesting informative lab experiment ...
